Refund policy

Request a return

Contact nathanhovila27@gmail.com within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number and identify the item you want to return.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition, with its original packaging, accessories and tags. Please keep your proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit your rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Return instructions and charges

Contact us before sending anything back. We will review the request and provide instructions and an appropriate return label for an approved return. Products may need to be returned to different supplier addresses. Do not send items to an address printed on the parcel without our instructions.

We do not charge a return-label fee or restocking fee for approved returns under this policy. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your delivery and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, appears defective or is not what you ordered. Include your order number, a description and, where possible, clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next steps with the supplier. A missing photograph does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds

We will email you after the returned item has been reviewed and tell you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. We will check whether fulfillment can still be stopped. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun, subject to any applicable legal rights.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary return policy does not exclude, restrict or replace any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
